This is not a paid vanity trophy. The jury is real. The selection is merit-based. And the exposure you get both online and offline is designed to open actual doors: to collaborations, deals, brands, and a spotlight that matters.


We award creators across three main formats: Filmmaking Photography Content Creation Each format includes categories such as: Wedding Fashion Commercial Documentary Short Films Music Videos Social Media (Reels, BTS, etc.) Branded/Client Work Travel/Street/Portrait Creator of the Year, etc. Full list of 100+ subcategories will be visible on the nomination form.


Yes, you can submit to multiple categories, provided each submission follows the rules of that specific category.


Yes, if your project fits multiple categories, you can enter it in more than one. However, you'll need to make a separate submission for each.


Yes. You can nominate yourself as an individual, a duo, or a collective/agency. Just ensure you apply under the right title.


No. Capturing WOW Awards is open globally, but with a strong focus on Indian creators, as well as those working within or creating content for these markets.


Applications can be made directly via our official website. Select your category, upload your work, and fill in the required details. No lengthy bios. Your work speaks.


The deadline to apply will be updated on our website and social handles. Early bird entries will receive priority placement and additional visibility.


Yes. There is a nominal entry fee per category to ensure the seriousness of entries and manage jury reviews. This also covers part of the event curation and promotional visibility. Special discounted slabs may apply for early bird entries.


Your best work, like short films, wedding videos, fashion campaigns, editorial shoots, reels, and branded content. Anything that showcases your storytelling and visual artistry. Each submission must follow the technical guidelines listed per category.


No, entries must be for work created in 2024 or up to the submission date in 2025. Projects made before 2024 will not be eligible.


Our jury includes celebrated filmmakers, photographers, content leads, creative directors, brand heads, and industry pioneers from all over the world.

Yes. Top Nominations will be featured across our official platforms, showcased in our pre-event content, and receive industry exposure — because talent deserves to be seen, even if it doesn’t win.


The Capturing WOW Awards ceremony will be held at the NCUI Auditorium, New Delhi, on 11th and 12th October, from 6 PM to 10 PM. To attend, you will need a Delegate Pass: You automatically receive a Delegate Pass if you’ve submitted 4 or more entries. If you’ve submitted fewer than 4 entries, you can still attend by purchasing a Delegate Pass separately. We look forward to celebrating with the most passionate creators in the country!


Yes, absolutely! The Capturing Wow Awards is open to all creators who want to be part of the celebration — not just the nominees. You can attend even if: You're not nominated You've submitted fewer than 4 entries Or you've not submitted any entry at all All you need is a Delegate Pass to attend the event. If you haven’t earned one through entries, you can simply purchase it separately. Join us for an unforgettable evening of inspiration, recognition, and creative energy!


Yes. The event highlights, winner announcements, jury bytes, and behind-the-scenes footage will be shared online via our social and digital channels.


Yes, absolutely. You retain full ownership of your original work. Capturing Awards does not claim any copyright or commercial rights over your content. However, by submitting, you are giving us permission to showcase and promote your work through our platforms, event promotions, and outreach materials — all with proper credit and strictly for non-commercial promotional use. This helps us celebrate your talent with the wider world while protecting your creative rights.


No, your submitted work will not be shared publicly before the awards ceremony. However, once the awards have concluded, Capturing WOW Awards reserves the right to use your submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes—including but not limited to: Social media posts and campaigns Printed material and digital displays Website galleries and newsletters Press and PR coverage Creator showcase films, montages, or exhibition screenings By submitting your work, you agree to allow Capturing WOW to use it strictly for non-commercial and promotional purposes only. You will always be credited wherever possible.


You can update your entry before the deadline. Post-deadline edits will not be entertained.

Unfortunately, no. Entry fees are non-refundable as the jury and processing work begin soon after.
