No, entries must be for work created in 2024 or up to the submission date in 2025. Projects made before 2024 will not be eligible.

The Capturing WOW Awards ceremony will be held at the NCUI Auditorium, New Delhi, on 11th and 12th October, from 6 PM to 10 PM. To attend, you will need a Delegate Pass: You automatically receive a Delegate Pass if you’ve submitted 4 or more entries. If you’ve submitted fewer than 4 entries, you can still attend by purchasing a Delegate Pass separately. We look forward to celebrating with the most passionate creators in the country!

No, your submitted work will not be shared publicly before the awards ceremony. However, once the awards have concluded, Capturing WOW Awards reserves the right to use your submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes—including but not limited to: Social media posts and campaigns Printed material and digital displays Website galleries and newsletters Press and PR coverage Creator showcase films, montages, or exhibition screenings By submitting your work, you agree to allow Capturing WOW to use it strictly for non-commercial and promotional purposes only.
