🔽 1. Who May Enter
The Capturing WOW Awards are open to all creators — from students to professionals — across the following industries:
- Photographers & Cinematographers
- Content Creators (YouTubers, Influencers, Instagram Creators)
- Creative Directors, Filmmakers, Editors
- Agencies, Studios, and Independent Artists
- Advertising, Fashion, Music, and Wedding Professionals
Open to all nationalities. Individuals, teams, and companies are all welcome to participate.
🔽 2. Registration Process & Payment
To enter the awards, follow these steps:
- Select the category/categories you want to apply for.
- Make the payment for your entry via our official website.
- Upload your work(s) using the link provided post-payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your entry is submitted.
💥 Special Offer: Submit 4 entries and get 1 free delegate pass to attend the awards.
Note: Each entry is valid for one category. If you wish to submit the same work to multiple categories, you must pay separately for each category. You can also submit multiple entries in the same category, but with different content.
🔽 3. How to Submit Your Entry
Once you've registered and paid:
- You will get the submission tab in your dashboard on our website.
- Upload your content as per the guidelines listed below.
- You may submit multiple entries by repeating the process.
👉 All entries must be submitted before the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
🔽 4. Uploading Guidelines
Please ensure your uploads meet the following criteria:
📸 Photo Entries
- File Format: JPEG or PNG
- Maximum File Size: 5MB
- Maximum Entries per Category: 3
- Watermarks & Logo: Not allowed
🎬 Video Entries
All video entries must be submitted as unlisted links on either:
Please do not upload videos via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. These entries will not be considered.
Submission Guidelines:
- Set your video privacy to Unlisted (not Private).
- Copy and paste the full link into the submission form.
- Ensure the link remains active and viewable until the award ceremony.
- Name your project clearly in the title and optionally in the description.
- Avoid watermarks unless creatively relevant to the project.
⚠️ Each category may have its own video length requirement — kindly refer to the respective category description before submitting.
🔽 5. Judging & Results
- Each entry will be evaluated on creativity, originality, technical excellence, storytelling, and relevance to the category.
- Shortlisted entries will be reviewed by an expert jury panel, and top nominations will be announced before the event.
- Final winners will be revealed live on stage at the Capturing WOW Awards.
The jury's decision is final and binding. No communications regarding results will be entertained.
🔽 6. Rights of Usage
By submitting your work, you grant Capturing WOW the right to:
- Display your work on stage, social media, and event promotions.
- Use excerpts (with credit) in promotional videos, marketing posts, and recap reels.
✔️ You retain full ownership of your work.
✔️ We will always give credit where due.
🔽 7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn or replaced.
🔽 8. Terms & Disqualifications
- Any plagiarised work, AI-generated submissions (unless the category allows), or misrepresentation of identity will lead to disqualification.
- Capturing WOW reserves the right to move or merge categories, modify rules, or disqualify entries that violate guidelines.
